Product Overview

All products produced by Transformation Technologies are created from waste products or from hazardous material cleanups where products are recycled. Our entire Research and Development is focused on the creation of value from waste streams. We believe that it is possible to find a product in every waste.

  • We start our process by identifying the value in the waste.
  • We then identify a way to remove the asset.
  • We then see if one of our existing patented technologies or trade secrets can remove the value.
  • If we do not have anything in-house to remove the value, we explore modifying an existing technology.
  • If nothing in-house is available, we create a think tank and evaluate options.
  • If we cannot find a solution in-house, we are not afraid to bring in outside experts.

We find the best solution for the client and local community whether we create it or someone else creates it. We will find a way to cure the problem in a way that is best for the client and the environment.

Transformation Technologies specializes in the removal of products through mechanical separation or temperature volatilization. In metals separation, we utilize a hydrometallurgical application.

Recycled Metals

Renewable energy technologies, electric vehicles, and battery storage require high volumes of environmentally sensitive materials. The supply chains for these materials and technologies need to be appropriately managed to avoid creating new adverse social and environmental impacts along the supply chain.

Recycling is the most important strategy to reduce primary demand.

The transition towards renewable energy and transport system requires a complex mix of metals – such as copper, cobalt, nickel, rare earths, lithium and silver – many of which have only previously been mined in small amounts. Under a 100% renewable energy scenario demand for these metals could rise dramatically and require new sources of primary and recycled metals. Recycling and responsible sourcing are fundamental to improving the sustainability of the renewable energy transition.

Transformation Technologies facilities produce Aluminum, Nickel, Vanadium, Molybdenum. All metals are produced with minimal carbon footprint and no environmental degradation through mining operations.

Alternative Energy

Green energy can replace fossil fuels in the future. It will require varied production from different means to achieve this. However, by bringing together multiple green energy sources to meet our needs, and with the advancements being made concerning the production and development of these resources, there is every reason to believe that fossil fuels could be phased out. Transformation Technologies believes we are several years away from this happening, but the fact remains that this is necessary to reduce climate change, improve the environment and move to a more sustainable future.

While it can be confusing to read about renewable energy, green energy, and clean energy. Transformation Technologies creates alternative energy sources and also reduces carbon footprints.

At Transformation Technologies we believe “Landfill Elimination creates Power Generation”. The energy we create at landfill sites is transferred to the local power grid.

Green Oil

Transformation Technologies creates green oil with nearly every technology it builds. Green oil eliminates the need for exploration drilling and production by recycling oil from waste.

TTI specializes in three areas of green oil. Large-scale oil pond cleanups require a combination of large thermal volatilization equipment and mechanical separation equipment. We also recover oil from spent catalysts received at our secondary manufacturing facilities. Lastly we offer the the facility waste management approach.

TTI offers the oil and gas industry options other than disposal when handling tank bottom sludges and other oil-bearing secondary materials. We provide on-site management and processing of tank bottom sediments and solids, including on- site field blending capabilities to provide the industry with the option to retain greater value from its recovered resources resulting from the reclamation of its tank bottom sediment and solids.
TTI has operational experience in providing this service, and practical experience in the design, negotiation, and implementation of regulatory pathways to achieve commodity status.
